1. East Dallas Guy I'm a masculine, adventurous, optimistic and extroverted guy. I love to cook but love eating even more so. There's not much I don't like. I'm a voracious reader, from novels to instruction manuals. I collect mid-20th century art, decoration and furniture - some even say I'm obsessed pop-culture - I avidly watch movies of any genre and I'm into most kinds of music. I am recovering from 2 massive and paralyzing strokes - which only had an effect on me physically. Though my progression in recovery has slowed, it does continue to happen. I have regained almost 100% of my speech and upper-body mobility. I still have more rehab to go: for both range of motion and strength in my legs and with my core balance. So I am still using a walker for now. My latest milestone: I've recently started driving my car again! I'm also HIV positive, with an undetectable status. I'm into an open-minded kind of guy who has a positive outlook on life.
