Hi my name is David (and no it`s not just the screen name but my real name) I live in the South End, not for the "scene" but because it`s the closest thing to home I can find. It`s a place where you walk down the street and say hi to your neighbor and go to the shops and restaurants not just to spend money but because they are also your neighbors. I grew up in a house full of family where someone was always walking in and out of your door, and that sense of family and neighborhood is alive and well where I live now. I like to do a lot of different things, ranging from skydiving (which I have on the list) to just sitting out on my front stoop people watching and of course saying HI to my neighbors. I`m pretty laid back, but I do have my moments as we all do. I have been trying to date, but men seem to say that that`s what they want when in fact they never had any intention on dating. I have this silly profile up NOT to just get laid or to be led on or to play mind games but because I trying to find someone without having to go to the mall of men better known as the BARS. I don`t want to sound bitter or resentful to the many kind and sincere responses I`ve received but I what I do want to say is that this personal is not just a bunch of bull. I have tried this PlanetOut thing for a while now and have met some really interesting people and I hope to continue to be their friends, in the meantime I am still available and not neccessarily hunting but moreso I`m hoping IT just happens.
