About me:
I`m a serious guy with a twisted sense of humor (think Mel Brooks). I enjoy intelligent, provocative conversations about politics, religion, people in the news - preferably over a great dinner with a great wine. I have a silly sense of humor, and love to laugh. People perceive me as someone who has it together - in many ways, I guess I am fortunate. I`m a bit of an NPR radio junkie, though my politics are middle of the road. I love reading books, both fiction and non-fiction. Things important to me include regular exercise and (usually) healthy meals, honesty in relationships, and I also enjoy a bit of time alone.

Initially, I`m looking to meet someone in my age range who is interested in some social activities -- movies, shows (especially in NYC), etc. Not looking for a hookup. I am interested in guys who are weight proportionate, who value exercise and (usually) eat healthy. I value personal responsibility, like having a job and being self-sufficient.
