Basically, I`m just an average, regular guy looking for friends to hang out with, date, etc. Not spe cifically looking for a LTR, but open to it if it happens. Open to making new friends around the world, but particularly looking for new friends in the northern Chicago burbs. Genuine, unpretentious,-passionate, honest, caring, and affectionate are all words that describe me. Sometimes quiet, sometimes outgoing, but always positive and optimistic. Although I`m-pletely-fortable being gay, I`m really not into the stereotypical scene. Prefer an evening at home to a night on the town. Primary interests include travel, reading,-mercial aviation, browsing through bookstores or unusual shops, hiking, cuddling up on the couch to watch a good flick, hiking, dogs (labs in particular), sleeping in, listening to NPR, backrubs, eco-vacations, and driving to no place in particular when it`s nice outside. Musical tastes range from Joni Mitchell to Miles Davis, from new age to world music, and from Enya to classic. Personality and what`s inside is incredibly important but realistically, I also believe there has be physical chemistry. A nice smile, a good sense of humor, and being genuine, honest and upbeat are qualities I really admire. Looking for someone who can be content just being in the same room together, reading or enjoying the silence--someone who doesn`t need a lot of constant, outside stimuli. Looking for single guys in their mid-30`s to mid 40`s (+/-), ht/wt prop. I`m just an average guy--you can be, too.
