I`ve got a number of interests and my best quality is my sense of humor. For fun, you might find me hiking in a park, attending a movie festival, photographing an ice-storm, rafting through white-water, hanging-out at a blues club, or about 50 other things. I`m looking for another guy in a similar situation who isn`t into anonymous party sex. I know this probably sounds lame- but since puberty, I haven`t had a male friend where both of us could be totally honest about everything. There`s always been this wall. Don`t get me wrong-- sex is important to me (and, my libido is through the roof :) However I want it to mean something more than just "getting off". So, my main goal is to find a friend who knows the difference between sex and intimacy and values the role each plays in the relationship. So, here`s my theory. I believe it`s possible for two married guys to be good friends where sex is a-ponent enhancing their connection. And, if they are intimate, it`s with the agreement that they`re not doing so with other guys. I dunno if you could call that monogamy- since you`re also having sex with your wife, but I think you get the idea. And, a major goal is to keep everything (work, family, kids, friendship) in balance. If your primary interest is in the size of my equipment, how hairy I am, or whether I`m a top or bottom then we`re probably not a match. Let`s talk about you for a sec. First of all, you`re going to need to have a great sense of humor to keep up with me. Secondly, you`re going to need to be able to find/make the time to get together occasionally for friend (read platonic) type activities. I live in Silver Spring, MD and work in DC near Dupont Circle-- so we`ll need to be able to get together somewhere nearby (+-20 miles?) Thirdly, you`ll be intellectually interesting to be with. Finally, you`ve got to be in good enough shape to do some of the physical stuff I mentioned above. It would help if you`re somewhat in my age range-- so at least we`ll get the same cultural references. Any of this sound like what you`re looking for? If so, write me.
