Seeking housing near Universal. Thanks for reading. I'm a young, active gay male, 30, looking for housing near Universal. I'm going to be studying film directing at NYFA located at Universal Studios. I'm looking for somewhere close by and convenient in a safe location and mainly in the Studio City area preferably close to Ventura Blvd. as it has everything I need on one street. I am getting rid of my car to have a more city experience, so i'll be using bus, subway, walking and biking to get around and to school. Since I'll be studying full-time I'm looking for something reasonable, rent-wise as I won't be working that much due to a full workload at school. I've been a certified personal trainer and massage therapist for the past 6-7 years but Film has always been my passion and I am now going to pursue that. I would be willing to assist with training and/or provide massage therapy as well for a discount in rent. I'm very apt and knowledgeable about both. Currently I live in Las Vegas where I have been working, but need to move to LA for school. I'm familiar with LA as I have lived there before. I'm looking for a professional home/condo to live in. I have furnishings but willing to sell them and just move my personal belongings with me. Prefer someone/s in the 30-40's age range, who's easy to get along with, laid back, and professional. I'm a very clean person, and an all around good guy. I have a lot of personal references as well. Let me know what you have available, and when you're looking for a quality roommate to move in.
