Friends are great, Parnter is the goal As I drove today through the streets watching the changing of the leaves I also realized how much my life has changed as I grow older. As life goes on we all change colors just like the leaves. I'm not sure I'm all dried up and brown just yet, but I imagine myself to be1 of those leave graceful and beautifully changing color. I am at that point in life where I am content with myself, body and soul. However I have not given up on making them the best they can be. Always room for improvements. I also at that point where I am more than ready for someone special in my life to come along. However the definition of who this person is has changed since I first come out. I know more about myself as a man and a gay man. I know I have the soul of an old fashioned romantic cowboy. Yet I am also well rounded enough to survive the big city, and all in some ways thrive from the diversity of things to entertain me here. I'm always out exploring new things. To witness my life and all I do in it. You share in my joys and sadness. In exchange the same love is returned with out question. I know this is difficult to find, and chances are it will be a long and tiring road before I do. However in the end I know it will be worth it. I will have stayed true to myself and my dream. I will be happy, and not miserable in a relationship that isn't working. For I would rather remain and die alone then beside someone who only loves me half way.
