Hopeless Monogamous I thought I was normal until I joined one of these web sites. That`s when I realized that, by comparison, either I`m way too normal (out of the scale) or I`m totally abnormal, because I do not fit in. I mean, if I were to do everything these guys say they do (para-sailing, hiking, camping, biking, "everything" outdoors), I wouldn`t have time to talk to my friends, savor a good bottle of wine, read a book, read the newspaper, etc, AND, evidently I still wouldn`t know what I`d do to have time to go to work in order to pay for all that fun and my never-ending bills. I rather say I would love to try all these things, one of these days, "time permitting". Another thing a lot of people write in their profiles is that they are looking for someone to make them laugh. Please, come on! I`m not here looking for that! Tickets for the circus will do that trick with no strings attached... I want the strings. I want the commitment. I want the honesty. I want the loyalty. I want the integrity. I demand monogamy. These are "MY" wants and I`m sticking to the list, sorry. But I also offer the same in return, and just by taking this into account, it makes for a pretty good deal. I would be lying if I said looks are not important. Yes they are. My guy should also have moral values. He should know the meaning of the words integrity, honesty, loyalty and, most importantly, monogamy. I can live with your faults as far as they fall outside the lines of "moral values". If you lack them, I cannot trust you and will not share my life with you (please go to the end of the line). I would be defeating the purpose of being here if I took and accepted anybody and everybody... I tend to prefer guys younger than me (25-35), caucasian, masculine, to the lean side as opposed to the football player type; but, these are things of the heart and one can never tell what`s going to happen.
