poz-friends, sex I’m poz but otherwise healthy, have had almost no opportunistic infections. Sure, I have other health conditions but nothing more than chronic and manageable. Mentally, I’m totally stressed out. Myself and my sister are caregivers for my aging parents. My mother has Alzheimer’s(she was, in my opinion, a great lady), it’s heartbreaking to she her in this condition and my father is just old and senile. This is where most of the stress comes from. I also volunteer at Riverbanks Zoo and Gardens which can be physically tiring but the people are great. I am a Master Gardener and volunteer for Clemson Extension. Those people are great too. A few lesbians at the zoo and a gay man and a lesbian in my MG group. But, I just haven’t connected, yet. Sometimes I feel I don’t have time to get my own chores done. Even the1s I like to do. My social life has gone to hell. I’ve lost many of my friends for various reasons. I’m trying to reach out (online, since I’m not that outgoing and don’t have much time) to find someone that I can talk to about life in general, my problems, their problems, get a different perspective, to get things out of my head. I have recently started seeing a therapist. She’s really great. But, we’ve just started and it will take awhile to bring everything to the surface. I have high hopes, though. Yeah, I’ve got plenty of problems. I’ve lost my1 staunch and unwavering support, my mother.
