I like camping, and swimming at Canyon Lake, boating or Wave Running on the Gulf or Lake Travis. (I'm not much of a "beach-guy", as I'm not a fan of sand up my crack.) People who don't know me, base their perception on my appearance...assuming I'm another aging Circuit "boi" holding on to his last glimmer of youth. First of all, my youth was decades ago, and Circuit parties were NEVER my thing. I have no aversion to the stereotypical "gay lifestyle", but, I'm not a part of it either. I continue to go to clubs now and then with friends, begin to wonder why I am there, start feeling desperate and out of place and leave way before midnight....Seriously, I'd much rather meet a friend for breakfast and a run in the park on a Saturday morning then lay in bed with a headache from "partying" the night before. Sports? Yeah, I am an Astros and Yankees fan! I love the atmosphere of a ballpark. I watch the NBA on TV, I'm a big fan of the Nets, but I've never been a fan of (American) football. Yawn. My passion is running! I ran2 Marathons in the last Quarter of 2006, ran another in February, 2007 and have my first ULTRA-marathon to complete in July, 2007. I'm proud of my results. I qualified for the Boston Marathon and finished in the top 22% of all my applicable categories in each race. I run roughly an 8.07 mile pace. I lead a fairly "healthy" lifestyle...I run roughly 72 miles a week, walk an additional 36 miles, work out twice a week (full body, low weight) and do a bit of personal training at my gym...I don't do drugs and rarely drink. I'm also a lacto-ovo vegetarian, and won't eat anything that has the ability to scream and/or fight for its life...but you eat what you want. I'm a proud, confirmed "Mamma's boy" and "good Son" to my Dad. I have3 sisters and1 of the best brother in laws a guy could wish for. I've got an almost brotherly relationship with my siblings children and their children. I spend a great deal of time with my family who live along the Texas Gulf Coast in and around Houston. My dedication to my kin puzzles alot of my friends. I love kids. I love animals, except squirrels, who seem to have it in for me. As far as being gay, I am. I love men. I am out and have been for over twenty years. I'm considered a small guy (5'9), but (ask anyone who knows me) I fear little when it comes to humans, I know how to snap an arm like a twig if I have to.
