AS for activities, I dont own a decent TV (update: bought a new1 - for the kids of course...lol....and this is called justification) but do enjoy the sappy or funny gay romantic comedies, cooking, camping (tents .. not queens), home renovation, cabins (hope to build my own some day), blazing winter fires (in the fireplace-not the stove), the beauty of pristine outdoor nature like that found in Grand Marais, romantic dinners, lazy sat / Sun mornings in bed, fresh fallen snow, a warm bed on a cold night, sweatshirts and shorts with warm woolly socks in the fall, sailing (dont know how), seafood, Thai, most foods, CHOCOLATE, Coffee......enough 4 now. If you come with excess baggage, please choose your favorite pieces and leave the rest behind. Also, make sure you are willng to commit to a1-way ticket for this journey. The road may not always be easy travels and it may sometimes take hard work and commitment but Always onward and upward. Progress over perfction. Choose your battles. Please appreciate my oddities (otherwise they will drive you nuts), let me be myself, be yourself, see how my traits have helped me survive and thrive....I will offer you the same consideration. Find humor in as many thngs as you can. It makes the journey easier and seems to help bring life into perspective. I am fairly well educated and love to learn. I also Love the beauty and simplicity of the country and outdoors. I can cook pretty well....after coming in from a day of cutting wood with the chainsaw & axe. I love a nice comfortable safe home (my refuge) but also want someday to build my own timberframe home (do you even know what that is?). I can be very sensitive and very demanding when needed. I drive both a car and an Old truck. It works. They are serviceable as my grandfather would say. I have some pet peeves (LOL). Ill share a Few. I dont believe in telling someone they shouldnt feel that way. I find it disrespectful. I dislike shallow people and cheap fake modern things and quick fixes. Im not much of a TV person but I might like reading while you enjoy your show. It makes me crazy when someone says1 thing and then Acts in a way that is contradictory.
