Big older polar bear dad type Is everyone as fond of filling these out as I am?
I`m a nice guy who won`t take crap from anyone about anything and tries to not put crap on other people. I don`t mean I can`t take a good natured humorous ribbing about most anything and am apt to give somone a ration myself. But come at me with a hard heart and I can give t!t for tat. I like being around good people and at the same time I do not suffer fools, flakes and phonies. Affected people bore me to death. I am as homosexual as the next guy who likes to get it on with other males. But I am so far removed from the "gay" lifestyle it isn`t even funny. I don`t pretend to be straight, don`t care if I can "pass" but I usually do. People who know me and like me and respect me, don`t give a shit if I am or not and I frankly don`t care about the rest.
I like good looking guys, young guys. What`s young? To me it`s usually under 40 but damm I see some hot guys who are older so if you are take heart and contact me. I see younger guys who look like they got hvng up dry and put away wet, it`s "the miles not the years". Without a doubt I physically qualify as a chubby bear type. I sported a full beard and a crew cut for 30 years. A couple months ago I shaved it all off. What can I say I`m spontaneous at times. How long will I keep the bald look, who knows certainly not me. If Mr. Absolutely the Right Guy for me whispered in my ear that he thought it would feel great to have whisker burn on his [email] cheeks well you can bet your bippy I`d stop shaving again pronto.
I am a nuts & bolts techno geek. I love stuff that works. I love to tinker. DYI projects around the house are great. In employment my time has been spent most recently doing Desktop Support for a global company. I`d like to start my own business.
I like to cook, I like to go to dinner, have people cook for me or zap frozen stuff in the microwave, that guy Stouffer deserves a Nobel prize. Before Tivo I use to rent at least 3 or 4 movies a week. Welcome the chance to see live productions, even small local talent shows. Try ot take a vacation somewhere at least once a year, but don`t like staying gone for as long a period as I once did, a week away is plenty for me now.
I appreciate and seek out people who demonstrate positive personality traits. Honesty, integrity, sincerity, a true sense of self respect and a kind heart are all high on my list to look for in people I meet. I try to be rigorously honest with myself and others and follow the golden rule.
As far as what I am seeking here right now is to get introduced to new people, hopefully with those where there is a common mutual interest in each other. After that I figure try the next logically indicated step. Exactly what that might be can be said until the moment arrives. It might be exchange email addresses, phone numbers, fall into bed, drop to my knees, book a airline reservation or disengage from them and run like hell. Assmuming neither of us runs the other way what happens after that depends. I`m not against LTR`s I don`t think they happen over night. Over night is what you stay when you don`t bring your tooth brush.
The only reason I put my preferences in my profile is to save everyone a little time and trouble. Unfortunately, the phrases, "You`re not my type" and "I don`t find you attractive" sound shitty no matter what - they couldn`t be made to sound better even if you said them in person with the cure for cancer in1 hand and a billion dollars in cash in the other.

Here are some ongoing observations I`ve made. If someone has no picture in their profile, it means1 of the following:
1) They don`t want their boyfriend/husband/wife/girlfriend/sugardaddy to find out that they`re playing around. Makes you wonder how Anna Nicole Smith got around that problem with Old Moneybags ...
2) Either they`re too lazy to Kinko`s and get scanned pictures or to buy a web cam ..[----]e on, folks - there`s Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart, CompUSA, Circuit City, Good Guys and Fry`s ALL over the place. Save up your pennies and buy1. Or better yet, ask Santa for1 ;-) Or surely you have a friend who can set you up with a scanned picture somehow.
Typically your hear from guys, "having no pic means im [sic] not interested in having everyine [sic] on line see me ..." Please; tune into Sanity FM. That excuse is lamer than the god Hephaistos himself. Oh, and the whole, "but I`ll get FIRED if someone sees my picture on a gay site" thing, I have1 word for you: litigation. If you`re fired because of that, you can sue the pants off of your former employer, take them to the cleaners and never have to work again. Open and shut case, cut and dried.
And if you`re simply worried about a what a co-worker will think of you after seeing you on this site, then think about this: what on Earth are THEY doing on this site, eh?? It`s just like being seen in a gay bar: "Oh, I saw you in that gay bar last night!" "Really? What were YOU doing there, using the bathroom?" (that excuse didn`t work for "ex-gay" John Paulk, either). Gimme a break.
