I’m not really sure what to write here so I’m just going to write whatever comes to mind. I’m not us I’m not really sure what to write here so I’m just going to write whatever comes to mind. I’m not usually this disjointed! I love sci fi and fantasy and other nerdy pursuits, and I love having ridiculously involved conversations analysing nerdy things. In addition to the sci-fi/fantasy nerd side of me, I recently discovered some documentary channels on my TV and LOVE watching them. I have learned more about blue whales, the marriage practices of rural India and the indigenous peoples of the Amazon in the past month than I would have thought humanly possible. I am also a Christian, and my faith is important to me. I’ve recently reconciled my faith and my sexuality, and so am now gingerly entering the dating pool. I am also a preschool teacher who loves her job very much. If I’m not talking about something intensely nerdy, chances are I’m talking about ‘my kids’. My job brings me a lot of joy and satisfaction. My tastes in music are quite varied, although I am not a fan of country. My favourite musician is Ani Difranco… I think she’s genius.
