Looking for someone special For many, the first 21 years of1’s life can be fun, exciting and crazy. For me, it’s been about growing up a bit too fast and learning who I am, and who I will become. I moved to Los Angeles from Las Vegas when I was 17-years-old after graduating high school. It was my intention to start school a year later but life had other plans in store. I quickly climbed a career ladder at a local municipal government entity, and now am an accountant for a children’s welfare nonprofit organization. Being on my own did force me to grow up faster but I would never change it in a million years. The lessons I’ve learned during the last 4 years are far more beneficial to me than a 4-year higher education degree. I’ve now learned that I’m ready to take the next step to the future. I’ve been successful at the endeavors I’ve taken and know that I will succeed in my future goals. I’ve made very close friends throughout my life and continue to do so. I know I’m very blessed and am grateful for what I have. I can’t, however, help that I’ve been yearning for Mr. Right. I know that I will contribute greatly to a life partner but most importantly, I want to grow together with someone. There are many plans and hopes for the future. It may sound impossible, hopeful and childish, but I know why I was placed on this earth and I know that I will help that special someone work on his own goals, his own achievements, his lost dreams or his lost hopes. The only side effect to this ride is that it will be a wild1. I’ve pushed my peers, friends and bosses to better themselves and their work. I am looking for someone that’s willing to help me guide them while they help me guide me. I can be very spontaneous and will make you laugh often. But I can be very serious as well. I like to analyze, strategize and solve problems. I am also very passionate and creative when given the opportunity. I’ll be compassionate most of the time but you’ll see my tough side from time to time. But regardless of what’s going on in my life, I will always love you. I love and care for my friends very much. They are part of my family. But I also have a lot of love to give. I’m ready to give more of my love, my care and my life. I may be knowledgeable in some subjects but don’t have all the wisdom in the world, nor will I ever. Life is a beautiful puzzle that we complete slowly as we age. As we age, life becomes clearer. Then we realize what life is really about. I would hate to know it all. I don’t know what’s ahead but I can tell you that great things are ahead. It’s a long road for all of us, but it’ll end well as long as you believe and work for it. My interests truly vary from place to place. I’m a very open-minded person. I definitely enjoy studying politics; following current local and international events; travelling the US and the world; watching a variety of television shows--mainly dramas and comedies--I still might catch a Disney Channel sitcom and am in love with The Simpsons. My favorite singer is Celine Dion. I don’t mind Cher or Barbra Streisand but I also change tones because I LOVE country music. I’ll listen to current pop and alternative rock songs from time to time when I get a chance. Reading is a pastime and I love digging a good book when I get the chance. A good, old road trip is a major hobby of mine. I definitely enjoy watching classic films, eating out, walking on the beach before sunrise or after sunsets and looking at the night’s sky. I can spend the night out as well as stay at home. I’m looking for someone who is not afraid of showing his flaws because I show my flaws comfortably. I’m looking for someone who can watch old sitcoms and comedy films and laugh out loud. I’m looking for someone who is willing to take a journey with me, yet be willing to respect our independence when needed. I’m looking for a guy that doesn’t necessarily share all my interests and hobbies. I’m looking for someone who will speak his mind when necessary.
